Intermittent eBay Network Issue

Starting from 18:32 - 19:00 of Sep 19th, eBay seeems to have some problem with the sign in page, connections from multiple networks to eBay were lost /or delayed and caused some users to receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message. The issue happened sporadically during the time frame.
