8/28/04 04:15, the problem has been resolved.

8/28/04 03:30, we experienced network connection lost at the web server facility. Users may receive an error message states that your id is not in our record. The network providers have been notified and they are still working to correct this issue.
All scheduled snipes are executed as normal.

Intermittent eBay Connection Problem on Aug 25th 13:59 - 14:08 Pacific

Intermittent eBay Connection Problem.

We had a brief connection problem to eBay from 13:59 - 14:08 on Aug 25th. During this time, many connections from our multiple networks to eBay were lost and caused some users to receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message. The problem has been corrected.

eBay Page Format Changes : RESOLVED

(18:50) Some users may still receive
"You have entered bid that is below the current price, please correct your bid."
error message eventhough max bid is well over current bid price.
If you have this problem, please send us an email with the auction number in question and the max bid that you have entered. We will investigate this issue.

eBay has made a slight changes to its page format and may cause some users to get the "internal Error" Message when trying to schedule new snipes.

We are working to correct this issue.

The workaround to avoid this error message is to add the auction into "JustWatch" list and can schedule your snipe later on.

All bids are executed as normal.

We will post any update soon when the issue has been corrected.

Server Reboot

Update 12:10 AM (July 28th),  some users may not be able to update or schedule snipes during the system update.  We expect the system update will be completed in the next 30 minutes.

On 11:20 PM (July 27th), we are rebooting database servers to perform an update to the system.  The rebooting procedure would take 15-20 minutes to fully complete the process.  During this time, users might not be able to sign in to the membership area. 

All sniping executions are operating as normal.

We have fixed the problem. Users should now be able to schedule new snipes and add item to watch list.

If you still have difficulty scheduling new snipes or adding item to watch list, please send us an email and let us know the auction number in question. We might need some tweaking for new page format.

(Update 11:53PM), Parts of JustSnipe has been turned back on again.
Users cannot schedule new snipe or use watch feature. We are still working to correct the issue.
