(21:30 9/20/2004) The displayed result of the ended auction may show "Snipe Error" message. This is due to ebay page changes. We will be working to correct the incorrect displayed result. All scheduled snipes have been working fine.

The hardware upgrade is scheduled to begin on Friday evening September 10th at approximately 10:00 PM Pacific. While this upgrade is necessary and will prove beneficial our web site, you may experience approximately 45-60 minutes of downtime as that is the time required to make this hardware change. This upgrade will be done on the web server only. The database and bid server will be working fine.

Update 7:24 AM, Rebooting sequence is finished. All operations are working as normal.

Update 7:16 AM, All bid executions are resumed to normal from 6:55 AM. But scheduling new snipes, updating snipes, and cancelling snipes will not function until the rebooting sequence is finished for another 60-90 minutes.

We are doing the emergency reboot to the main bid server and may cause the outage to the current scheduled snipes. All bid execution from 6:45 - 6:55 AM will be lost. We will post more update soon.

8/28/04 04:15, the problem has been resolved.

8/28/04 03:30, we experienced network connection lost at the web server facility. Users may receive an error message states that your id is not in our record. The network providers have been notified and they are still working to correct this issue.
All scheduled snipes are executed as normal.
