The issue has been resolved.

Starting from 6:00 1/14/2007, one of our database servers experienced synchronization issue and caused some data to be displayed in error. We are working to correct the issue.

All bids have been executed without any issue.
The problem only occurs to the displaying data.

We will post more update shortly.

Intermittent Network Connection Problem.

Intermittent Network Connection Problem.

Starting from 11:50 - 16:25 of January 9th, connections from one of our bid servers to eBay were lost /or delayed and caused some users to receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message.

The issue happened sporadically and caused problem mainly to users in the free plan.

Please use cautions during this period. We will be monitoring any problem in the next 12 hours. Sorry for any inconvenience.
