May 31 Intermittent eBay Problem

From 10:30 - 15:30 (Pacific) of May 31, 2015, we are seeing intermittent error message from eBay when our system tried to place bid on the "Place Bid" page. The message from eBay stated "Page Not Responding".

The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding.
Please try the options below:
  • Try to access the feature dir

Please use caution during this time.

Our system will store the last eBay responding page for 14 days. You can download the page by clicking on the status message of each snipe in the "Completed Auction" section of your JustSnipe account.

If you still have any question, please send us email. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do when eBay has its internal problem.

Problems at JustSnipe

From 02:45 to 04:15 Pacific (UTC-7), JustSnipe experienced hardware problems and caused some  erroneous behaviors such as:

- No snipe shown in the "Active Auction" page after scheduled a snipe order with a confirmation message panel.

- Snipe Error #8

As of now, the issue has been fixed. During the time, some snipes were not executed. However the majority snipes have been sent to eBay without any issue.

Problems when Importing eBay Watch through Mobile Device

Update 21:30 - 05/16/2015
We have implemented a fix for this issue. You should now be able to import using mobile device. If you still have an issue, please send us an email.

Some users may not be able to import auction items from eBay Watch List if using mobile device.

Currently our system cannot import eBay Watch List when you are clicking the import button using any mobile device. The issue is related to the "device" not the web address.

Both http://m.justsnipe.com and http://www.justsnipe.com will behave the same if your device is mobile.

You will still be able to import when you are using any desktop computer or browser.

We are working to find a workaround for this issue.

The maintenance duration will take approximately 4 hours. This maintenance is very crucial to the system performance.

During this time frame, you will not be able to access your JustSnipe account. All snipes will not be executed. Bids that have been scheduled will result in "Snipe Error".
