Issue with Database Server and "Request parameter error"

Update 3:46 AM (Pacific)

The issue has now been fixed.

The outage occurred between 12:45 AM - 3:45 AM (Pacific) of July  17, 2020 causing users to receive error message "Request parameter error". Snipes that have been scheduled earlier before the outage had been sent to eBay successfully.

Issue with Database Server

Starting from 3:45 am - 7:00 am of January 2, 2020 (Pacific Standard Time), there was an issue with the Database Server.

Snipes that ended between those times failed to execute. Members would receive a snipe "Error #8" message.

The issue has now been resolved and everything is in working order. However, we are keeping an eye on the Database Server and will report if any issues occur again.
