Ongoing Fixes for Minor Issues Related to Resolved Error ✅

Update: All Minor Issues Fixed + eBay Search on JustSnipe Currently Down  

We’re happy to share that all previously reported minor issues following Error -1806 (Invalid Item ID) have now been resolved:  

✅ Fixed: Incorrect "Ship to:" Warning Message – The incorrect message stating "Seller may NOT ship to your country." has been corrected.  
✅ Fixed: Incorrect "Buy It Now" Warning – The misleading message about "Your Snipe (max bid) being more than the Buy It Now price" no longer appears for auctions without a Buy It Now option.  
✅ Fixed: Auction Price Not Updating – The automated price check should now reflect the most up-to-date auction price in your JustSnipe account.  

⚠️ New Issue: eBay Search on JustSnipe is Currently Down  
We have discovered that our eBay Search feature on JustSnipe is not working. This feature allows users to search for items by keywords and save searches, as well as search for items listed by specific sellers. Unfortunately, this issue may require more time to fix, and we are actively investigating it.

Fixed: Incorrect "Ship to:" Warning Message – The issue where some users saw "Seller may NOT ship to your country." incorrectly has been resolved.
Fixed: Incorrect "Buy It Now" Warning – The misleading message about "Your Snipe (max bid) being more than the Buy It Now price" should no longer appear for auctions that do not have a Buy It Now option.

⚠️ Still Working On: Auction Price Not Updating – The automated price check may still not reflect the most up-to-date auction price in your JustSnipe account. We are actively working on a fix and will update you once it is resolved.

  • Incorrect "Ship to:" Warning Message – You may see a message stating "Seller may NOT ship to your country." even when the seller actually does ship to your location. 
     
  • Auction Price Not Updating – The automated price check may not reflect the most up-to-date auction price in your JustSnipe account. 
     
  • Incorrect "Buy It Now" Warning – Some users may see an error message stating "eBay may reject your bid because 'Your Snipe' (max bid) is more than the Buy It Now price," even when the auction does not have a Buy It Now option. This message does not affect sniping, but we are working to correct it.

 

We want to reassure you that the original issue preventing new snipes has been fixed. These are separate minor issues, and we are actively working on resolving them.

Error -1806 - Invalid Item ID - Resolved ✅

Update: Error -1806 (Invalid Item ID) Resolved

We have implemented a workaround patch to resolve Error -1806 (Invalid Item ID) that affected users trying to add new snipes. You should now be able to add snipes without any issues.

This problem began yesterday around 5 PM Pacific Time and only impacted the ability to add new snipes. It did not affect any previously scheduled snipes, and all existing snipes were successfully sent to eBay.

While the immediate issue has been addressed, we are still working on a permanent solution. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as needed.
