As of now (18:00), the issue has been resolved. Users should be able to schedule new snipes.
No snipes have been missed from this outage. The issue only limited to ability to schedule new snipe orders.

Starting today, we are seeing an error message "We cannot process snipe order for any auction that will be closed in less than 2 minutes" when you schedule new snipe.
Engineers are working to fix the issue.
We will post more update.
All snipes that have been scheduled are working fine.
