Browser Extension Error -50003 ReferenceError

 Some users may receive error message when clicking on JustSnipe browser extension (add-on).

"Error -50003 ReferenceError: listvalue_debug is not defined" 

This is a known bug in version 1.8.7 for users related to Snipe Group. The issue has now been fixed in version 1.8.8.
However it may take about a week for Google to review the code and approve the new release (version 1.8.8). 

 

Workaround: 

We have 2 workarounds for this issue.

#1 Create an empty Snipe Group. 

1.1 Open a new tab and visit this page
https://m.justsnipe.com/group/create 

1.2 Enter group name in "Group Name" input box.
Any name will do.

1.3 Click "SAVE" button.

** You do not need to use or add item in this Snipe Group.
It is just a workaround to get rid of the error message. **

#2 Use Firefox Add-on. 

2.1 Visit
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/justsnipe-ebay-auction-sniper/

2.2 And click "Add to Firefox" button.

2.3 You can use the extension (addon) on Firefox the same way you use on Chrome.

** Firefox reviewing process is faster than Chrome.
At the moment the extension on Firefox is now 1.8.8 which fix this bug. **

Connectivity Issue with JustSnipe

We are experiencing connection issue with main JustSnipe server starting from 19:45 - 20:10 of February 2, 2021. The issue is now resolved but we will be investigating the problem and will update when new information occurs.
