Brief Network Outage

We had a brief network outage from 6:00-6:07 at the database server and caused some bids to fail during that time frame. As of now, the issue has been resolved and everything is back to normal. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Emergency Server Reboot 12/5/04

(18:50) From 18:35 - 18:45, one of the database servers did not respond. We had to reboot the system to bring it back to the stable state again. During that time, most of the snipes orders were routed to another bid servers and were successfully placed on eBay. Though some snipes were not being re-routed on time and caused missing snipes / snipe error. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The issue has been resolved. During that time, most of the snipes orders were routed to another bid servers and were successfully placed on eBay. Though some snipes were not being re-routed on time and caused missing snipes / snipe error. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
