JustSnipe will be performing servers maintenance starting Wednesday 22:00 of November 23 - Thursday 04:00 of November, 2011 Pacific Time, to optimize our system. Users will not be able to schedule /add /update /modify /cancel any snipes.

Snipe System Problem
We experienced failed bid between 1:00 - 3:00 (Pacific Time Zone) of November 6th, 2011. The issue affected a few number of users who had snipes during the time, the error message would show error #8 and bids were not executed. Engineers have been informed and they created a temporary workaround. The issue has now been contained.
