Currently eBay is experiencing some issue with their system including the sign in page. Our system may not be able to sign in and place bid.

Intermittent Network Problem 16:15 - 16:45 Aug 8. 2013
Starting from 16:15 - 16:45 of August 8, 2013, one of the sniping server experienced network issue and it caused some customers to lose bid. Some might received error warning message on the top of their JustSnipe account.
As of now, the issue has been resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding your snipe result, please send us an email and please make sure that you include the following information in the email:
- Your registered email address
- JustSnipe ID (No password please)
- eBay ID (No password please)
- Item number in question
- Any exact error message displayed on the screen
- Date/Time including your time zone when it occurred
- Browser name/version

Problem when schedule new snipe and modify snipe
Between 9:30 - 12:30 (Pacific) of Sunday 26, May 2013, we experience some technical issue with one of the servers that caused problems when trying to schedule a new snipe or modify exiting snipes during this time frame. Any snipes scheduled during the time would result in Error #8.
Any snipes that had been set before the affected time were executed without any issue. The problems only occurs to those newly scheduled.
The issue has now been fixed. You should now be able to schedule a snipe without any issue.
