As of 17:00 12/1/07, eBay seems to correct the issue.

Starting on 11/29/07, we have been observing a few numbers of data inconsistencies on eBay End Time. The end of auction time is off by 1 hour. We have implemented a temporary solution for this issue but it looks like the problems may still persist on some of eBay servers. Please use cautions when placing snipe. We will post more update when eBay correct this issue.

There are a few numbers of missing snipe due to this outage.

Starting around 0:15, our main database server experienced sluggish performance. Currently we are working to find fix for this issue. Some users may experience "missing bid" or "snipe error". Certain parts of our website will not be accessible and may generate "Temporary Error" message. We will post more update.

eBay had started to tighten their security by blocking users with weak password combination and we posted the warning earlier on October 10th. We feel that this issue should be addressed again to all new users in order to prevent any failed bid.

Recently, eBay has been blocking users with weak password combination. If you
receive a warning message when signing in to JustSnipe, you should try to change
your password combination on eBay to a stronger one (with letters, numbers, and
capital letters). Once you have done so and then updated your eBay information
on JustSnipe accordingly, you can rest assured that our service will be able to
successfully place bids on your behalf.
