eBay Slow Responding Connections.
From 15:30 - 17:00 of 1/15/2008, we are experiencing slow connection and page not responding to multiple eBay servers. Users who had snipes scheduled during that time may be receiving "snipe error" message. The issue happened sporadically.
Though eBay admitted that there was an issue but different time frame.
