eBay Page Not/Slow Responding

(5/7/08) We are seeing sporadically eBay page slow-non responding between 19:00-19:35. The issue affects many users both members in the free and paid plan. Some users may be losing bid with the error message "Snipe Error".

Currently (20:30), the issue seems be resolved by itself. We will be monitoring any problem in the next 12 hours.

We notice that the similar issue has been occurring between 19:00 - 19:45 in past 5-6 days. All of the snipe orders were executed from our servers and arrived on eBay sign-in page on time. The delay occurred when snipe order reached eBay bidding server (offer.ebay.com). It seems that some of eBay bidding server (offer.ebay.com) might have issues with the atomic time clock.
