Update. The issue seems to be fixed by eBay.

December 11, 2011, we are seeing eBay network problem. The issue happens sporadically throughout the day. Especially around 16:00 - 16:20, our system received an empty page from eBay when sending your bid to eBay servers.
We are still monitoring the process closely and we will post more update.
