Intermittent eBay Network Problem

Between 9:50 - 13:00 of 2/12/2012 , there seemed to be issue with eBay network and it caused some users to lose bid and receive "Snipe Error #0" and  "Snipe Error #8"  message. The issue happened sporadically throughout the day.  

As of now, the issue seems to be resolved by itself but we will keep monitoring eBay network.
