(2:45 January 24, 2014) Update. Engineers found problem and fix the underlying hardware. All customers should now be able to access your account without any issue.
Some customers may see Error #8 with some of the snipes during the downtime. Please note that your snipe had been sent to eBay by a separate server. But due to the issue at the main database server, it could not update with the new correct information.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
During the downtime, all pending snipes had been executed.

(0:15 January 24, 2014) Currently we experience network problem at the main database server. You may not be able to sign in to your JustSnipe account at the moment. Engineers are working to find the cause and fix the problem.
All snipes that have been scheduled are working fine.
