We were experiencing network connection issue between 10 PM (May 12) to 1 AM (May 13) that caused some users to be unable to schedule new bid.
The issue has now been resolved. During the time, the issue did not affect snipes that have already been set or scheduled. All snipes have been executed without any problem.
In the mean time, we will keep an eye on the network connectivity and will report if the issue may occur again. We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.
