On October 4, 2022, JustSnipe experienced intermittent network problems on multiple servers in our network. The issue occurred between 01:00 - 08:00 (Pacific time).
- Some snipes that ended during the above time may fail with error #2000.
- Some customers may not be able to sign in.
As of now, the issue has been resolved by the network provider.
