Connectivity Issue with JustSnipe

As of now, everything seems to be back to normal. During the time, the snipes were being executed without any issue. The problem only occurred to the front-end server. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

New User Interface and Security Upgrade

Today (Oct 27, 2017), we have now changed the look and upgraded security setting at JustSnipe. There are a few more added features that will help you to have an overview of your snipes. We also bring back the eBay search and snipe page.

Please also note that we have upgraded our security setting, you will see a warning message if your JustSnipe account has not upgraded yet. You can view instructions here. Upgrade the account now to avoid losing bid.

Intermitten Network Connection Issue

We were experiencing network connection issue between 10 PM (May 12) to 1 AM (May 13) that caused some users to be unable to schedule new bid.

The issue has now been resolved. During the time, the issue did not affect snipes that have already been set or scheduled. All snipes have been executed without any problem.

In the mean time, we will keep an eye on the network connectivity and will report if the issue may occur again. We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.
