Intermitten eBay Sign in Problem

If you are experiencing with the error message #100011 and #704 with your snipe orders or in JustSnipe account, you need to update/change your eBay password to a stronger combination.

Notes to error #100011, please double check your eBay id that you have on file. If you have changed your eBay id at eBay site more than 30 days ago, you will need to update the new id on JustSnipe as well.

Random System Error on Some Pages

We experience problems with random System Error on "JustSnipe Search". The issue is caused by unstable networking system at one of our facilities. Engineers are working to fix the problem.

The issue does not affect the majority of our site. You can schedule the snipe using another method and the snipes are being sent to eBay without any problem.
