Invalid eBay Sign In Information

This article is deprecated.

JustSnipe does not use eBay id and password to place bid on your behalf anymore.  We use eBay Security Token.

Recently some of you may have received an error message stating that your eBay information that you have with us is invalid and may cause missing snipe. The issue seems to be from the new eBay intrusion protection system. It starts blocking any account when it sees that it is being accessed from different (or multiple) IP addresses. The blocking comes and goes and occurs to certain users.

So far, we have been recommending those affected to reset eBay password and the error message is gone. The new eBay password must be as follow.

- It should be at least 8 characters
- Contain upper and lower case characters
- Contain special characters i.e. !@#$%^&*_-
- Must NOT contain words or phrase in dictionary
- Must NOT contain any words from your name, user name, or any of your personal information

In the mean time, if you have any questions, please send us an email to support@justsnipe.com and include your registered email, your eBay id (no password please), and any error message on your screen.
