Since our update last night, snipes have been accepted by eBay successfully. However, we have not seen any official statement from eBay explaining what happened to their system.

We will post another update if more information becomes available.

Update: April 26, 2026 7:15 PM Pacific Time -- eBay's system appears to be coming back, but it is still not consistent.

Some snipes are being accepted by eBay, but others may still fail. This means the issue does not appear to be fully resolved on eBay's side yet.

We will keep watching the situation and post another update when we have more information.

 Starting around 12:45 PM Pacific Time on April 26, 2026, eBay's system appears to be down or not responding properly.

During this time, users may not be able to add new snipes, and active snipes may fail when our system attempts to submit them to eBay.

At the moment, we have not seen an official announcement from eBay. Based on what we are seeing, this appears to be an issue on eBay's side. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our end until eBay resolves the issue.

Service Update – Partial Functionality Impact (Oct 20, 3:00 PM PDT)

 Oct 20, 3:00 PM PDT -- The earlier issue affecting the ability to add new snipes and perform hourly price checks was resolved around 3:30 AM PDT. Since then, there have been no further problems impacting JustSnipe, and all snipes have been successfully sent to eBay as scheduled.

Some users may have experienced occasional slowness during the day. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. While things are generally stable, we're not completely out of the woods yet and will continue monitoring the situation closely. We will provide another update if any new issues arise.

Network Problems on Multiple Servers

 On June 8, 2025, JustSnipe experienced intermittent network disruptions affecting multiple servers in our infrastructure. The issue occurred between 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time and stemmed from problems within our network provider's systems.

During this period, some users may have encountered the following issues: 

* Snipes that ended during the outage window may have failed with error code #8

* Sign-in attempts may have failed for some customers

The underlying network issue has since been resolved by our provider; however, we are continuing to monitor the situation closely. While all services have returned to normal, we recommend users remain cautious and let us know if they notice any irregularities.
