Intermitten eBay Problem

From 17:45 of September 7, 2014, we are seeing intermittent eBay error response with messages requesting to "Enter a verification code to continue" with CAPTCHA code.

Lately, the eBay error would appears around 18:00 - 20:00 of Sunday evening when the traffic is the highest of the week.

The issue does not occur to all snipes but seems to be random. If you have any snipe pending during this time, please use caution.

Another eBay Network Problems

Starting from 17:00 Pacific Time, eBay servers experience problems with its servers and networks. The response page from eBay stated that it was timing out. The issue seems to be reduced at 18:00.

eBay has not yet announced the issue on the website.

Intermittent eBay Network Problem Aug 24. 2014

Throughout the day, we experienced network delay and timeout on eBay network. The issue occurred sporadically and may cause missing snipes such as "Auction Ended Early" and Error #704.

As of now, eBay may have resolved the problem. But there is no official words from eBay. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding your snipe result, please send us an email and please make sure that you include the following information in the email:

- Your registered email address
- JustSnipe ID (No password please)
- eBay ID (No password please)
- Item number in question
- Any exact error message displayed on the screen
- Date/Time including your time zone when it occurred
- Browser name/version

eBay Server Problems

Starting from 10 PM (Central Time) July 30, 2014; eBay has been experiencing problems with its website. The response page from eBay stated that it was timing out. The issue occurs sporadically throughout the night and still occurs sparingly.

Network Problem on the Database Server

(2:45 January 24, 2014) Update. Engineers found problem and fix the underlying hardware. All customers should now be able to access your account without any issue.

Some customers may see Error #8 with some of the snipes during the downtime. Please note that your snipe had been sent to eBay by a separate server. But due to the issue at the main database server, it could not update with the new correct information.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

During the downtime, all pending snipes had been executed.
