Intermitten Network Connection Issue

We were experiencing network connection issue between 10 PM (May 12) to 1 AM (May 13) that caused some users to be unable to schedule new bid.

The issue has now been resolved. During the time, the issue did not affect snipes that have already been set or scheduled. All snipes have been executed without any problem.

In the mean time, we will keep an eye on the network connectivity and will report if the issue may occur again. We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.

System Maintenance 00:00 - 03:00 02/10/2017

JustSnipe is performing system maintenance starting between 00:00 - 03:00 02/10/2017   (Pacific Time), to optimize the auction sniper system. Users may not be able to schedule /add /update /modify /cancel any snipes.

Snipe orders during the time frame may not be executed and may cause "Snipe Error". Certain parts of our website will not be accessible and may display "Temporary Error" message.
