In the past few days (starting around 11/10/2008), eBay started to make the winning bidder IDs anonymous.
http://www2.ebay.com/aw/core/200810281156252.html
This effort is to protect bidders from malicious emails and to increase security in eBay. Though, it would prevent "Snipe Group" feature to work effectively. Because our system needs to check the winning bidder at the end of auction to determine the winner. And, with this new security implementation, our system can only pickup the anonymized id such as x***y.
All systems and bidding processes are working without any problem.
- Please do not use "Snipe Group" during this time.
- Winning bidder may not display the correct winner ID.
- Winning bidder may display an ID of the seller.
We will post more update for this issue.

eBay Page Format Changed
This Issue has been fixed. Please let us know if you find any problem (especially ending time) after you have scheduled a snipe. We need your input to fine tune the program. Thank you.
-----
Starting around 12:00 of 10/31/08, page format on eBay has been changed and caused problem to our system. The new change rendered our system to miscalculate ending time of auction. Some users may experience snipe being placed too early and some users may experience snipe being placed too late (with error "Auction Ended Early").
Currently, engineer is working to correct the issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Problem Adding New Snipe for Auction Listed in eBay France and Germany
Update (18:00 10/30/08), we have implemented a temporary fix for this problem. You should be able to schedule snipe again. If there is any problem, please let us know the auction number.
-----
Starting today (10/28/08), we are seeing an error message "We cannot process snipe order for any auction that will be closed in less than 2 minutes" when you schedule new snipe for auction listed in eBay France or Germany.
The issue occurs mostly to auction that offers "Personal Check" as the only payment method. Other auctions that offer other methods of payment (or combination of payment plus "Personal Check") does not affect with this issue.
Currently we are working to find a workaround or any permanent solution.

In the past couple of days, we have noticed that some users experienced failed bid with "Snipe error" message. This issue occurs to those account with weak password combination.
Recently, eBay has been blocking users with weak password combination. If you are getting "Snipe Error" message, you should try to change your password combination on eBay to a stronger one (with letters, numbers, and capital letters). Once you have done so and then updated your eBay information on JustSnipe accordingly, you can rest assured that our service will be able to successfully place bids on your behalf.
