Problem with Database Server: RESOLVED

Update (18:44), the problem has now been resolved. Users can now add, update, and delete snipe as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

Update (15:00), at this moments, users will not be able to schedule, update, or cancel snipe.

Update (12:45 PM), we are rebooting our server to apply the first fix. You may not be able to access some part of our site in the next 10 minutes. We will keep monitor the server. Users are advised to use caution during this time.

Update (12:20 PM), some users may still not be able to schedule, update, or cancel snipe. the sniping process is still working perfectly fine.

From 10:40 AM - 11:12 AM (April 30th), one of our database servers experiences some problem. Some users may received snipe error or unable to update/delete snipe. We have applied the temporary workaround. The problem is now contained and we are working to monitor to resolve this problem. We are sorry for the inconvience.
