eBay Connection Problem

There have been brief intermittent connection problems to eBay servers on Feb 12th (08:32 - 08:35, 10:45 - 10:47, and 12:04 - 13:00)

During the time, many connections from our multiple networks to eBay were lost /or delayed and caused some users to receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message. The issue has been resolved.
