Problem when Schedule New Snipe.

9:15 7/19/07. Due to some changes made earlier this morning, we have to do emergency maintenance in order to provide data integrity of the server.
The maintenance window should last between 9:15 - 9:45.

4:00 7/19/07. The issue has been resolved. If you are still getting the same error or noticing any unusual display, please let us know the auction number.

3:00 7/19/07. Users may experience problems when scheduling new snipes with error message stated "Auction will be ended in 2 minutes".

The issue affects only new scheduling process. All snipe orders that have already been scheduled are executed and submitted to eBay without any problem.

We are working to correct the issue and will post more update.

From 04:45 - 05:00 (Pacific) June 5th 2007, eBay expereinced connectivity issues and caused all bids during this time frame to be missing. It appears that eBay has corrected the issue. Though, we will keep monitoring the connectivity and will post if there is any update.

As of 8:00, the issue has been resolved.
There was no snipe failure due to this connection problem.

Starting from 6:35 4/26/2007, our web server experience network connection issue with one of database server and caused "Temporary Internal Error" message.

We are investigating the issue and migrating some of the connections to another database server.

Users may still receive this error message "Temporary Internal Error" while trying accessing parts of our site.

This issue does not cause any problem with your auction sniper execution.
We will post more update shortly.

From 11:45 - 13:00, a database server had synchronization issues that caused new schedule snipe not showing up. The problem has been fixed.

All bids have been executed without any issue.
The problem only occurred to the displaying data.

Update 02:00. Our engineer has corrected the issue. All systems are working as normal.

Starting from 0:04 3/30/2007, one of our database servers experienced synchronization issue and caused some data to be displayed in error. We are working to correct the issue.Most of bid orders have been executed without any issue. There are a few number of bid orders that are not being placed. We will post more update shortly.
