Snipe System Problem
We experienced failed bid between 1:00 - 3:00 (Pacific Time Zone) of November 6th, 2011. The issue affected a few number of users who had snipes during the time, the error message would show error #8 and bids were not executed. Engineers have been informed and they created a temporary workaround. The issue has now been contained.

eBay Time Lost Sync
During 0:45 - 7:00 August 12 2011, We notice that time on eBay servers seemed to lose sync with the atomic clock by going slower than normal 20-25 seconds. It causes some bids to be registered on eBay as if they are being placed 20-25 seconds instead of 5 seconds.
As of now, the issue seems to be corrected by itself.

Intermittent Network Connection Problem
Between 8:10 - 8:11 and - 11:30 - 11:34 of 5/1/2011 , there seemed to be issue with eBay network and it caused some users to lose bid and receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message. The issue happened sporadically during that period. Some users may experience error message ("Sorry, your sign-in id is not in our record ") when signing in to JustSnipe account.
The issue was resolved by itself.

Introducing JustSnipe Mobile Edition
JustSnipe is launching its "Mobile Edition" at
http://m.justsnipe.com/
The website is a mini version of the "full site". You will be able to "Add New Snipe", "View Current Auction", "View Completed Auction", and "View JustWatch Auction". Some features are removed to allow contents to be loaded faster.
Currently this mobile edition is in "Beta phase". There may be some bugs that we have not known of. If you encounter any issue while browsing our mobile site from any of mobile browser, please let us know the problem (please include your cell phone brand/type/model).
