Update: 5:30 AM, the issue has been resolved. During the outage to the web server, all snipes have been processed without any problem from another server.

Starting around 4:50 AM Pacific of Nov 7 2012, our web server is experiencing connectivity issue. Engineers have been notified and they are working on finding the cause of the problem.
The issue occured to the web server. All of the snipes on different servers are being executed without any issue.

Emergency Maintenance
Update: The maintenance was finished around 0:45 (Pacific) of Aug 10. All snipes were executed without any issue. Though the displaying result in your JustSnipe may show "Snipe Error #8".

If you have made the payment and still see your account in the free plan, try to sign out and sign back in again. If your account is still in the free plan, please contact us.

Power Outage at the Datacenter
Starting from 20:45 of Friday 29 (Pacific), the main datacenter that we hosted experienced power outage due to severe storm in the area. As of now, engineers at the datacenter location are working to recover their system.
As a result of this outage, JustSnipe customers may have difficulties signing in to the their account. Some may not be able to setup new snipe, update, or delete snipes.
Despite this outage, our redundant servers are still working and sending snipes that have been scheduled earlier to eBay.

Between 11:30 - 13:00 Apr 29, 2012, we have been experiencing eBay network problem and it caused some users to lose bid and receive "Snipe Error #0" and "Snipe Error #8" message. The issue happened sporadically to a few numbers of snipe. The issue seems to be resolved by eBay.
