Here are the instructions to fix the network timeout for Microsoft Edge:
Right click on the Microsoft Edge icon and select ."New InPrivate window".
Between 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM of November 22, JustSnipe experienced problems with the following sites:

As of now, the issue has been resolved. The issue does not occur at our main site https://justsnipe.com. All snipes have been executed without any problem.

Between 04:00 - 08:00 (Pacific) of 2019-09-05, you may experience issue when trying to add new snipe with error stating that the item is in Buy-It-Now format when it is not.
The issue has now been fixed.
The problem did not affect snipe execution. Snipes that have been scheduled earlier are working as scheduled and being submitted to eBay. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Between 19:00 - 19:30 (Pacific) of August 26, 2019, there were intermittent network problems that caused snipe to fail during that time.
Currently, we experience network connection problem with one of the front-end servers. Engineers have been notified and they are working to solve this issue.

The issue seems to occur sporadically after 01:30 to 06:45 and it causes some users to miss bids with Error #8.
The issue caused problems to "some" of the snipe during the time. We have fixed the issue. However, please use caution in the next 24 hours.
