We are experiencing connection issue with main JustSnipe server starting from 19:45 - 20:10 of February 2, 2021. The issue is now resolved but we will be investigating the problem and will update when new information occurs.

 We have updated JustSnipe! button interface and incorporated its backend with JustSnipe mobile (https://m.justsnipe.com). So, it can provide a better security and warning message when your JustSnipe account needs critical information for bidding.

 

However if you CANNOT add new snipe and receive error messages such as Error -20002, -20003, -20004, or 17470; then you will need to re-authorize eBay Security Token.

 If you cannot add new snipe and receive error -20004 or 17470, it means that your eBay security token is about to expire or already expired. 

Just renew the token and you will be good to go.
