Display Issue with Snipe Wins (Update 2023-06-19 08:00)

(Update 2023-06-19 08:00) We have developed a temporary workaround to address the display issue. The workaround enables the correct winning result to be displayed, ensuring that your successful snipes are accurately reflected. The update will only apply to new snipes from 2023-06-19 08:00 UTC-7. 

The cause stems from the time it takes for eBay's system to change the status of the auction. In some cases, the auction status remains active for a longer duration than usual, resulting in the incorrect display of snipe wins.

Some customers have reported that their successful snipe wins appear in the "Didn't Win" section, suggesting they lost the auction when they actually won.
