(10:00) The network engineers had been contacted and they re-routed the network to another providers. The issue is now resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Starting from 7:00 of Sep 23rd, connections from one of our bid servers to eBay were lost /or delayed and caused some users to receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message.

The issue happened sporadically and caused problem mainly to users in the free plan.

We are working to find a resolution and will post more details soon.
