Intermittent Network Connection Problem to "Free" members.


Starting from 12:23 of Dec 3rd, connections from one of our bid servers to eBay were lost /or delayed and caused some users to receive "Snipe Error" and "Auction Ended" message.

The issue happened sporadically and caused problem mainly to users in the free plan.

We have reset the bid server and the issue seems to be resolved. Though, we will be monitoring any problem in the next 12 hours. Sorry for any inconvenience.
