Database Server Problem - Oct 16

Starting from Thursday 06:30 (UTC-7)  of October 16, 2014, we experience problems at the database server.

You may receive "Server Error" when visiting your account. Some users who had snipe pending starting from 6:30 may receive "Snipe Error #8".

We are looking into issues and will post more update. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
