On March 19, 2021, JustSnipe experienced intermittent network problems on multiple servers in our network. The issue occurred between 01:00 - 02:00 and again between 17:00 - 17:30 (Pacific).
- Some snipes that ended during the above time may fail with error #8.
- Some customers may not be able to sign in.
As of now, the issue has been resolved. However, as precaution, we will perform emergency maintenance between 01:00 - 03:00 (Pacific) of March 20, 2021.
